Experiences reflect on the mind
The mind is influenced by one’s experiences
Our focus lies on the significance of our inner self. Our thoughts, behavior, and actions have a direct impact on our inner state. If we imprint positive thoughts, behavior, and actions on our mind, achieving success becomes easier and attainable. Conversely, negative thoughts, behaviors, and actions lead to inner suffering and failure. Our process of brainstorming commences with our perspective on each subject. Initially, our conscious mind begins to contemplate it, while simultaneously, every subject leaves an impression on our subconscious mind. Subsequently, the interplay of action and reaction ensues. Every thought that is reflected in our mind continues to shape our behavior and actions.
Similar to how each person has a unique definition of happiness, the feeling itself is also individualistic. In fact, our understanding of happiness is shaped by our emotions and habits. Happiness is cultivated from within us. The extent to which it influences our thinking, behavior, and actions, as well as the timing of its impact, varies. Often, we find ourselves engrossed in our inner thoughts without even realizing it. Scientific experiments have revealed that our mind generates a total of seventy thousand thoughts throughout the day. These thoughts do not necessarily follow a specific direction, pace, or subject. Upon reflection, we realize that not all the thoughts that cross our mind during the day are remembered. It is believed that each of us possesses two functioning minds. One is the latent inner mind, while the other is the conscious outer mind.
